Construction & Project Management

Highfield Building, led by Director Max Arent, delivers comprehensive construction and project management services as Head Contractor.

Supported by a trusted network of skilled subcontractors and suppliers, we ensure consistency and quality at every stage of the build. Our open-book approach ensures full transparency, with fortnightly budget reports keeping clients informed and in control throughout the process.

Each project is overseen by a dedicated Highfield foreman, ensuring expert craftsmanship, clear communication, and a seamless, collaborative experience from start to finish.

Post-Handover Maintenance & Minor Works

At project completion, we will provide a comprehensive handover schedule detailing the ongoing maintenance requirements for key components. This may include items such as air conditioning servicing, natural stone sealing, and upkeep of exposed steel, timber, or painted surfaces.
