A new three-storey home built upon an intricate underground basement and walk-in cellar.

An elegant and durable hybrid of concrete, structural steel and timber for a Palm Springs-inspired, mid-century minimalist home. This project required high-level skill and detailing, paired with complex underpinning and deep soil excavation to connect the new home to existing underground structures.

Design Testimonial: Jessica Gombault - Alexandra Kidd Design

"The Bellevue Hill project was a big one and also delivered during COVID. With all the unpredictability and pressures that came with that, Max Arent of Highfield Building remained present, committed and focused on doing the best possible job for our clients".
