Modern luxuries meet Art Deco charm in this highly considered apartment conversion.

In close collaboration with award-winning Interior Designers Arent&Pyke, we transformed this small single-bedroom apartment into a bespoke two-bedroom apartment with contemporary comforts.

In the heart of the home, the kitchen features a statement Viagli Calacatta island, complemented by a Viola Calacatta marble vanity and basin over cosy heated floors in the bathroom. An array of fine materials come together throughout the apartment with imported American oak floorboards, cabinetry and custom joinery. Key to the conversion was the opening of old shadow walls to create a sense of spaciousness, highlighting beautiful water views over Manly Beach.
