We can provide quantity surveying (even with minimal documentation such as floor plans or DA drawings) to ensure a solid budget foundation before advancing to detailed design stages. Leveraging our relationships with private certifiers and expert engineers, we deliver clear and strategic guidance for the project ahead.

With a trusted network of subcontractors and suppliers, we enable consistency and deliver to the highest calibre in every project. Clients receive fortnightly budget reports, with an open-book approach to service contracting for transparency. Our detail-oriented team apply expert craftsmanship, all overseen by a full-time Highfield Building Foreman to ensure a consistent and collaborative experience from start to finish.

Post-handover: Maintenance and Minor Works

Upon project completion, we will issue a handover schedule for any componentry requiring future maintenance, such as an air conditioning servicing schedule, natural stone sealing schedule, or exposed steel, timber, or paint maintenance.

We also welcome any opportunity to continue caring for our projects, and no job is too small for existing clients post-handover. Whether maintaining materials or simply hanging artwork, we can remain available as a trusted hand for your home.
