The refurbishment of an existing heritage facade with a two-storey, glass-roof extension.
The build required us to elevate the home's first storey, which was essentially floating in the air, while we worked on the supporting structure underneath. The finished terrace is an exercise in craftsmanship, from the Herringbone parquetry floors to the Calcutta marble used for kitchen and island benchtops. Unforgettable for our team was the restoration of the fireplace for the primary ensuite bathroom.
